That code is essentially 'unknown'.  The latest build will work with 
ipv6 addresses too, let me know your platform and I'll send a binary you 
can try.

Give this a whirl.

http://netwinsite.com/ftp/misc/l1.tar.gz

and use this command:

tellmail aspam_update

  to make it fetch the ipv6 country data quickly.
